Hi,
Im a new customer to o2 and i applied for a new phone + data i did that on friday, I paid the deposit 30£ and got an email saying it will take 24 hours to verify, we have Tuesday now and no response, i tried calling but they ask me to give them my o2 number which I don’t have yet, same thing with virtual assistant, can someone just help me to get through them, its so annoying i have to wait for few days and can’t even get to contact them.

You need to contact the sales team and noy customer services... the number to call is 0808 002 0202.
It is usually 24 hours but can take upto 7 working days.
