Hi, I'm currently working in America, I was with virgin mobile, they said an O2 sim card was sent to my home, I asked my parents to send it to me here once it arrives but they said it never arrived. I've gone back and forward with bitgin mobile but still no sim. I can't log into my O2 account as I can't verify anything. Can you please resend my sim card either to my address in America or to my parents address please?

This is not O2, @Johnexvirgin - you will need to contact O2 as we’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you send O2 Social Media Team a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or call 0800 081 0255 and speak to the sales team - Guide: A Guide to Skype may help if you are in the US.
Note SIM will not be sent to an address outside the UK, so your parents will need to help. Also there may be difficulty, although it has been done, activating the replacement SIM on a roaming network. Good luck, @Johnexvirgin.
