Please help me I have been trying to access the web chat as instructed in my email for the past hour! This website is horrendous and hard to navigate and I am already not liking the company. Please help me transfer my number from the previous line! The web chat is unavailable as expected and the instructions are all over the place. This is truly the worst service I have experience. I have to chat on this forum to access other costumers for support. This can’t be serious.
