I currently have lost / damage phone insurance taken out with Virgin Mobile when iphone contract was started. It is not identified anywhere on my Virgin Media account or within my O2 account details.
How do I cancel this as the phone is about to be replaced.

You need to contact Virgin on 0345 454 1111 and ask them to cancel it, as the handset contract was originally taken out with them...
