I am so angry now, I have been speaking yo different customer service of O2 and none seems to fix my problem. All they have also spoke about for 45mins is a new data bundle which is not my concern.

I am highly disappointed that I have to go through this as a new O2 customer.

Just one issues I have called 4times yet not resolved.

Can anyone tell me how to cancel an auto top up when my airtime is less than £2.

It keep on debiting me every time in a month.

It is not fair

@Temitopemariah

To stop your auto top-up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto top-up and you can then cancel your auto top-up and details.

If you can't do it yourself then call o2 on 4445. Or social media

you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
