Hi I placed an order with o2 for a new phone but  when I put my details in to pay the upfront cost they took the money and then the screen went white and froze ive had no email or anything to confirm my order what's going on.

Your payment will be pending until the order has been completed, so you haven't actually paid anything yet.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

If the order fails completely, your bank will return the money to your account in around 5 to 7 days.
