Does the data, txts etc roll over each month

Simple answer, no

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Data only rolls over on PAYG big bundles.

But if you have migrated from Virgin where you used to get roll over data, O2 will double your data allowance to compensate for no longer having it.
