Switched from Virgin to O2. Data allowance with Virgin was 2.0GB. My plan with O2 states 40GB of data. When I go to settings on my Samsung A10 data is still showing 2GB. Any advice please.

You need to change the phone, as it is set by you / the phone to help stop you getting bill shock.. So on the phone just change it to what ever you plan is.. 


Your phone settings are not set by o2.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
