Hello,
Got a 12 month SIM only contract for 7.99 a month.
Just saw 2 hard searches on my credit report and I'm wondering why do it twice for such a low value, there's not even a device on the pack, just the SIM
Anyone else experienced this from O2?

This was not an error from the CRA, I don't think they raise hard searches on behalf of O2 on two different dates. In fact, I've contacted O2 through the chat, was redirected to an Amendment email account, and still waiting for an answer or an apology.

I think that you might be wasting your time as "Hard inquiries can't be removed...unless they're the result of identity theft. Otherwise, they'll have to fall off naturally, which happens after two years" :-
