Cancel a new contract

How can I cancel a new contract and return new SIM card? 
I can’t get through to speak to a real person

You have to speak to someone, I am afraid to say, as there is no other way to cancel the contract.. 

You can try the sales team on 0808 002 0202 or you will have to keep trying 0344 809 0202
