Good afternoon 

I’m a former virgin mobile customer whose account was moved to O2 several months ago. At present I am abroad in Turkey trying painfully to get into my O2 account. I’ve tried everything even switching data roaming on but to no avail. During the period the data roaming was on all my emails came through which I didn’t anticipate. 
I would respectfully request that any charges  that was incurred by switching the data roaming on, now be withdrawn please plus there needs to be an investigation re my account and subsequent access as I was told by virgin and yourselves I didn’t need to do anything.
