Hi guys, o2 have agreed to let me out of the contract within 31 days due to coverage at home and my local area, however they keep telling me to use the pac code, accept an early termination fee of £153 and to call back once the bill has been generated and they will waive the fee. After reading on this forum a few people have been told this which is apparently incorrect information.

I have been told to expect a managers call back within 24 hours (this was on 15/09) and I am still waiting.

Has anyone got an ideas on how to escalate this, as I am getting nowhere.
