Hi,
I've just noticed on my bill that it seems to say my tariff will double from Jan - are other users who transferred from Virgin seeing the same thing?
It's a huge increase but it's showing there are no other tariffs available.
Does anyone have any advice?

Whilst the tariff may increase some, you will get a larger data limit to counteract the increase, @Basic123user12 - but do take @TallTrees' advice and contact O2 if your MyO2 https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin does not help you understand - Guide: How-to guide for My O2

Hi,
Yep, aware I need to contact them and that this is a user forum but I was asking
a) has this happened to anyone else and also advising people to check their bills I detail as it was very hidden, and
b) if anyone had managed to successfully resolved this with O2, and if so how, as the increased tariff is prohibitive.
