In my "My O2" online account, the "My Device" page shows the wrong phone under Device Details.
The phone number is correct, but the phone shown is my last-but-one phone.
If a SIM is moved from an old phone to a new one, I would expect that O2 would know the IMEI and type of the new phone, and would update My Device accordingly.

In theory it should update automatically, but it rarely does.
You can call O2 to ask them to update it or just ignore it as it doesn't effect anything on your account.
