Hi

I've bought an iphone from a local O2 store on contract. And I lost the actual receipt provided when purchased also lost the access to my mail id and o2 account as I have forgot those passwords. Now I'm in India, my phone has a hardware issue and the service centre is asking for a proof of purchase to provide any service. I tried contacting o2 regarding this through chat where i have been told that i would recieve a copy of it to my mail id which never happened. I know i am at a worst scenario but hope someone can suggest me a solution regarding this.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
