cant get my phone to turn on ?

Hold power and volume down until phone vibrates.

If you get a reset menu, choose clear cache and then reboot.

My phone worked yesterday. Today the screen is black and it will not charge and the screen does not light. I thought I might diconnect the battery but cannot see how to open the phone.

Try a different charger and check there is nothing stuck in the charging port.
