I've paid my outstanding bill and still haven't had services restored after hours of patiently waiting. Within the same timeframe I've decided to upgrade my device - in turn changing what is available too me on my tarrif, could this possibly be the reason why I haven't yet had my services restored or is this a sly error on your part?

@Drew4

It can take up to 48 hours to reconnect after a late payment.

Keep rebooting the phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Drew4 The funds need to go through a bank clearance. Don't expect to get your service restored until Monday at the earliest. Trying to upgrade when you've missed payments probably wasn't a good idea either.

This is not O2 either, by the way. This is a customer community. If you want to speak to customer service call 0800 032 1402 from any phone or use Skype: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Off-Topic/A-Guide-To-Skype/m-p/1305104/highlight/true#M181823
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
The 0800 number isn't available until 9 am.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
