You need to call. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@Ka184637  A QR code is relating to esims. Info will be on the pack.

Edited to add...All info here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/esim

@Ka184637

You don't need a QR code to set your phone up.

If this was an upgrade, you need to put your old sim in the new phone.

If it's a new contract, your sim should be active already, if not, you'll need to contact O2 on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

If you do want an eSim, you need to request a sim pack from O2 or by calling into your local store. This will include the QR code to scan to activate the eSim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
