I have just received an alert stating that I have used 80 percent of my 250 gb monthly allowance. I seem only to have used 16 percent with 14 days to go. What has happened? Am I being robbed?

If there's a discrepancy in your remaining tariff you have to contact O2.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
