I am not familiar with terms on the invoices etc. but I appear, for the first time ever, to have exceeded my allowance. I have not travelled abroad in August but have some hefty looking idata.o2.co.uk items on my bill and I dont understand what those are. I am in a long queue to O2 to ask them but thought someone could shed some light on it.

@DavidFTW

Only business customers are charged for over data use.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or 8002 for business customer service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Idata just means you are using an iPhone.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
