my device has just been dispatched but i can’t log into my o2 to track it?

 

what do i do?

Hi @Kelsey3 

Try deleting the My O2 App and reinstalling. See if that works.

On the other hand, sometimes during late evening the system updates itself, so it may be ok later on.
