hi!
I have been using the O2&VirginMedia bundle more than a year and the the VM payment has increased from <20 pounds to 55 last month. Is it possible to reduce the cost by maybe signing another contract? Otherwise, I will start looking for alternative providers.
I couldn't login to VM as I never used that account (the O2's was sufficient) and I don't have all the details to create an account there, that's why I am writing here, as the offer was bundled.

Sounds as if it is the broadband that you need to deal with first.
That is still handled by Virgin.
Call 150 from Virgin Landline or 0345 4541111 from any other phone
