data stole my credit

I had £1.16 credit that i wanted to keep

but then I accidentally enabled data instead of wifi then it took all my credit and I didn’t even use data for more that 3 seconds

how do i get my credit back??

You can't. If you used data then it is your responsibility, even if it was by accident.

I've no idea how much data you used and what was the charge per MB

As we are all customers here I can only suggest you contact O2

I onlt use 0.00000000000 bytes cos i was on my home screen and had it on for only 3 seconds and have background app refresh turned off but it used all my credit just for that

It told me to download the app to contact them but i did that and everytime i press contact it sends me to this page
