I have an account for my phone and another for my wife's. She has just bought a new phone with a contract in her own name and I need to cancel the part of my contract relating to her phone and then transfer her number to her new account.

Will someone ring me please on my number [Removed]

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself so we can't access accounts. There are no O2 staff here.

Using a PAC from your wife's phone will probably be best.

You just need to ask O2 to migrate her number.

No need for a pac for O2 to O2.
