help!!! i dropped my phone and i have fully broken my phone screen. i am trying to get into my 02 but i cannot without inputting a code sent via text message. which i cannot see. anyone got any ways i can go around this. need to order a new phone asap!!!

If you need a new phone (which will come with a new contract) you are better going into an O2 store with photo ID 

There is a good chance a delivery would be delayed and you not getting it this side of Christmas.

 

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@gemini168 If all you need is a phone and not a new contract, buy the phone elsewhere, either direct from the manufacturer of the phone you want, or from Amazon or similar. It will cost you a lot less than from O2.

Or put your sim in another phone to receive the code if you have an old phone in the back of a drawer

Or borrow a friend's phone
