My wife has lost her phone, it's an old Samsung and were not bothered about the phone its just the pictures on the phone, we last saw it Fri 1st November in Wolverhampton, can you help please.

Resolved! Netflix charged twice on my phone bill

My 02 phone bill has just came in and it’s £109 for an iPhone 14? Netflix has been charged twice once at £17.99 and again for £15.99 and I just paid my last phone bill so don’t know where this is coming from ?

Says my account isn't ready

I changed my password as it wasn't working and now that I logged in it's says I can't log in because my account isn't ready, and I have to wait 48 hours but it has said this before when I tried to log in previously
