Is your website working?

I am looking to upgrade - my account says that I am eligible to upgrade. I want sim only. HOwever when I log onto the website it is all greyed out and I can't add anything to my basket? Is something wrong with the website?

when i log into my o2 account the site says i dont any products or services with you

HiI changed my tariff from £10 Big Bundle to £20 Big Bundle.I had a credit already o about £2Then I topped up £20 .But my credit says I've only got about 8GB of data instead of 40GB due for £20 BigBundle.What happened?
