Accessing Mobile past bills

Hi!I need to access and download my past bills. I have just been moved from Virgin Mobile to O2. Virgin Mobile is completely incapable to help me access my past bills. Their virtual assistant is hopeless. Please help!

Recieved a phone call from " David " in O2 in Berkshire telling me i qualify for a discount . i would have to go to my e mail and change to a temporary O2 password ... sounds dodgy to me . Can you confirm ?
