i paid my bill manually on the 5th of january and its been taken out by a direct debit on the 9th again.

Confused as to different tarifs on my two phones

I have two Mobile Phones which I thought were on the same tariff but I've only just realised that one is on a 100gb data at £23.46pm and the other is on unlimited data at £18.33pm. Why are they different?
