Logged on to My O2 today and was greeted by a return/exchange screen. When I look at my active accounts I have my mobile number as one account and 'Your alias' as another...? Any information as to what 'your alias' is?

NHS discount

When I signed up for my contract the system would not allow me to put ny code in because of technical issues. Now its telling me I cant apply it as its been over 28 days even though I tried for weeks. Can this be sorted?
