My bill with O2 every month is £7.03 , this month it is £20.04, There are 3 charges on it that I don't recognise 1 premium call to 09015450323 for £5.84 and 2 premium texts to 60109 for £2.50 each. All these were made on 15/7/23. Can O2 please invest...

Good afternoon - I need to change my bank details with O2 as I've changed accounts. I cannot find an option on MyO2 for doing this. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you. PS I've tried to stop underlining this - without success!

Resolved! Cancelling a plan

Hello, I would like to cancel my current plan ending in 162102 as I already have a new number and the number was supposed to switch over which I thought would end the plan by itself, this was what I was told by Virgin mobile.
