I am paying for something I’ve never received

Hello, I have a tablet I am paying for and have never received a SIM card for it so unable to use data etc but I am paying every month for it? Can this be looked into?

Hiya, I’ve tried several times to upload a payslip from the last three months to get my O2 open teacher discount. It’s failed both times because it says it’s not from the last three months but it is. Help? Thanks
