Morning,

 

I have downloaded the O2 App and have registered but when I attempt to login to the app it says "something went wrong, MY O2 isn't available to you yet".

 

It's been more than 48hrs since account was setup (it was done in April).

 

I have been able to login to My O2 via my internet browser and it's showing my phone plan details however it's not showing in the app.

 

I have reapplied the my O2 account code to register it but still the issue seems to be the app.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
