There are 4 steps to getting WiFi calling enabled @Sammy-Jo.

Before you do that you need to make sure it is on the approved list:

https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

Once you know your phone is supported then:

1 - o2 have to turn it on for your account

2 - you have to turn it on in your My o2

3 - you have to turn it on in the settings for your phone.

The easiest way to get in touch with o2 customer services is through social media - you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
