I attempted to upgrade my Apple Watch 2 months ago and it has never worked - stupid error 26. I have been on chat/phone/social media etc trying to get it sorted with customer service since the 1st day I received the watch. 2 MONTHS later they are still messing me about, unable to help, unable to tell me what the problem is and if they can fix it. So I understandably said, forget it then I don’t want it. I returned the device and they terminated the contract. They have now sent me a bill summary saying I have to pay for the device regardless of returning it. It has never worked, I tried to get it sorted since day 1 and they have dragged it out. I don’t feel I should have to pay for something I never used/had as never worked but I don’t know my rights. Should I contact the ombudsman or am I screwed!
