Warning re extra costs when trying to access mental health support

When I try to text 85258 Text Help Shout, which is a texting version of the Samaritans, I get a warning message saying 'this will cause charges on your mobile account'  

Please can someone advise how much these charges are? 

Sometimes, when I feel really low, I am unable to speak, or it takes so long for me to be able to speak that 111 or Samaritans actually hang up

That warning comes up when using any 5-digit short SMS code, misleadingly in some cases, @KH2 - O2 provide free access to many Support websites and services, including Samaritans:

The warning is generated by the phone as some of these numbers are chargable

You will be OK to call it.
