Went into the O2 shop in my town - decided to upgrade my phone. When the chap tried to put the sim in the new phone, he broke the sim carrier. He didn't have another of the phones available to he had to reverse the upgrade - so now I find that I don't have any phone service at all! What a bloody joke! They've managed to reverse the upgrade and cancel my current sim, it seems!

@Viking_Raider

I guess he had already transferred your account to a new sim, so you'll need that new sim or go back to the store to reactivate / replace your current sim.
