I went thought the upgrade procedures yesterday and received a legal document by email. I was under the impression my phone would be delivered today. When I go on my o2 it says nothing about new phone and is giving me the option to upgrade.?
Don’t want to go throu it all again and end up with 2.
It doesn’t say anywhere that I’ve ordered a new phone or upgraded

You won't receive anything now until the phone is released to the courier and you get the email with a tracking number

The phone is almost certainly out of stock despite what the website is saying

If You need to call O2 for an update about your order, then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
