Unidays airtime discount

Hi There

 

I bought a new phone contract instore a week ago and was told I could get the 20% off my airtime bill by logging into UniDays and texting the code to the specific number shown (61202), I have tried to do this numerous times now and keep getting the same response back from O2 - "Sorry we didn't recognise that. Please check your keyword and try again. "

 

I then phoned up my local O2 shop where I got the phone contact from and explained this to them, they told me they have never heard of this issue before and to phone the 02 Customer services team.

 

I have since phoned them up with them telling me I now need to go into the 02 Store to get this sorted. It just seems a lot of back and too here over something that doesn't seem hard to do. 

 

Can anyone help please?
