Hi,

 

I have been a business customer (pay monthly) with number of devices for so many years now.

 

Today I downloaded My 02 app and when I tried to log in, I get message saying 'My 02 isn't available to you'.

 

Is this app not available to business customers?

Yes it is available. You may need to download the latest version which is 11.1.24.

https://www.o2.co.uk/business/myo2business

If still not working then call business on 8002.

The MyO2 app is for consumer contracts only unfortunately. 
You can manage business accounts through the online portal https://www.o2.co.uk/business/myo2business
