I need help paying off my device balance.
I need someone from O2 to call me, my number ends in 1022 and address is WV10 9LT.
I have been on call with different agents today I other to pay off my device balance. I am unable to as David whom I spoke to last says he can't help me since the system is not accepting the payment.
I was told a lie by the customer service person that the issue is from my bank. After I put a call thru to my bank, it was clear there was no attempt to take the payment from my account.
O2 keeps making accessing the service I need difficulty reach.....All the customer service I reached out to aren't helpful....especially David who hanged up the phone on me......I wasn't rude pls note....
My number ends in 1022 and registered postcode is WV10 9LT.
