i just transferred my number to O2 but i cannot log on via my app!  it is over 48 hours already 

but i can log on via website.

 

called CS but he couldn’t help.

Sounds like another 'seamless' change to the new system

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
