Hi, I used a PAC code to keep my phone number from EE. If people text my number it’s still coming through on my old phone even though my EE contract is over and I’ve started my 02 one. Text messages are also sending from this new number but I need to use my old number! Help!

If an iPhone, go to Settings >Phone >My Number, edit to your number, save and reboot your phone.

For android, go to message settings >advanced >RCS (or chat)
