Why can't I change my tariff to pay as you go ? I am stuck on the £10 big data bundle and I can only change it to the other bundles... ?

My tariff is based on a 3 month contract for a rubbish phone I'm convinced that it's wrong but am unable to contact anyone at o2 at every juncture. It's a COMMUNICATION company I an unable to commute with?!
