Solved: Taken money from me

I have just looked for a contract phone on 02 website they’ve made me pay £20 so they have taken 20£ from me and then said I am not eligible for credit or something and now I have not gotten the money back im confused and angry please help me I’m young and I’m never done this before

Your payment hasn't been taken by O2.

It is held by your bank for now and when O2 don't claim it, in a few days, they will return it to your account.
