If your phone has been switched off due to non payment then you need to borrow a phone or use Skype to
call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
If you are waiting for the phone to be reconnected as you have now paid the bill, it generally takes 24-48 hrs and you need to keep rebooting your phone.
