Hi. I have a sim only card. I was with virgin and it moved to 02 last year. I got a message saying my bill has now gone up to 26 pounds. Is this correct?

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

My monthly didn’t increase any more than about 50p but it’s now around £8 odds
