Until last month I was having this number as pay monthly [XXXXXXXXXXX]. I requested a pay as you go bundle and ever since I entered the new sim I cannot make any calls neither pay my bills which are due. The new number is [XXXXXXXXXXX]
i requested to swap my number so I can stay with the old number but I guess I am doing something wrong because I am definitely stuck with neither of the sim working. Please help. Thank you

Thank you for your reply. I have swapped my numbers and no results. That’s the thing - it would be much easier if I’d call them, but even though the new sim has service, I can’t make any phone calls - including calling o2 customer service. I have contacted them earlier on Twitter, hopefully I’ll be able to sort it out. Many thanks.
