Hi,
I received a text today saying my bill had not been processed and to click a link to settle the fees
Without really thinking I clicked the link and it took me to a 02 loving page, I did login stupidly and then realised this was a scam
I didn’t go any further and didn’t give any payment info and blocked this number and have now changed my passwords
Is there anything else I should do after this to protect my account?
Thanks

Hi @DJ2

It’s a scam and has been reported frequently on here.

Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

Changing password should prevent any access to your account.
