Hi, I have DPD coming to collect my smashed phone and give me a new one. Does anybody know what address/details I need to put on the envelope? O2 insure said they would text me the info but haven’t 😕

You don't need any details, DPD have them all.

You just need to include a note with your name, address and claim number and DPD will pacjage it for you after taking photos of the condition as they receive it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You will need to contact o2 insure / Customer Services to get the details:

You need to call 202 or 0344 809 0202, they open at 8am.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
